生機互動農法(biodynamic agriculture) 是根據 Rudolf Steiner 的人智學哲學 (Anthroposophy) 應用在農業上，作為靈性科學，不受限於唯物觀，而更著重土壤的生命力，視農場為一個完整的生命體 我們每次從土地收穫食物，就算是有機耕種，其實也是對土地的一種掠奪，若果我們不補充土地的生命力，食物雖可填飽肚子，但再也不能滋潤我們的靈性 而 BD農法就是一種療癒土地生命力的耕種方法，就算不是農夫，也可了解有生命力的食物生產方法 另一方面，生機互動農法也會用靈性的角度去了解植物，透過觀察每種植物不同的形態(gesture) ，老師細心地用人智學講解植物所表達的能量，雖然只是其中一節的內容，但透過工作坊用雙手接觸大地和大地一起工作也是在療癒自己和土壤，了解自己和地球媽媽 在5月11-13日，我們邀請到 Harald Hoven 老師從美國來到香港教授工作坊，Harald 老師已是35年的BD農夫，也是成人BD導師，擁有很多經驗講解 biodynamic 的核心理念和實際操作技巧 如有興趣以生命力和靈性生產我們每天所需的食物，療癒大地恢復土壤的生命力，觀察和連結自然，歡迎大家參加BD農法工作坊，謝謝

第二天課程： Steiner 的 agriculture lecture 第一課和第二課 – BD 的核心理念 介紹牛糞窖堆肥 (CPP) – 增強土地養份 製作 CPP 製作 牛⻆水晶配方 – 給予植物光的能量 第三天課程： Demeter 認證的知識 – BD 認證 和 有機認證 的不同 製作液肥 – 另一種重要的土地生命力的來源
老師 Harald Hoven 介紹： Harald Hoven 在德國出生，已為BD農夫35年，現居美國加州薩加緬度，自1987年起開始在 Steiner College 的 Raphael Garden 擔任指導者，也是 北美 BD 協會 (Biodynamic Association of Northern California, BDANC ) 的創辦人之一。其在 Raphael Garden持續提供專業的農業訓練課程。 Harald 導師將來訪香港, 來讓大家理解生機互動農法, 歡迎大家參與。
課程內容︰ Steiner的農業八課部分講解 Demeter 認證基本知識 綠肥和輪作 觀察自然 挖出牛角牛糞配方(500) 制作牛角水晶配方(501) 制作牛糞坑堆肥(CPP) 制作新堆肥和翻舊堆肥 制作液肥 實際課程內容會依照當天氣候決定，主辦單位保留調整之權限。

We have invited Harald Hoven to teach us about biodynamic agriculture in this workshop. Harald Hoven has been professionally active as a biodynamic farmer and vegetable grower for over 35 years. A native of Germany, he earned his national certification as a professional farmer there before moving to the United States in 1983. Mr. Hoven founded and directed Raphael Garden at Rudolf Steiner College in Sacramento, CA, from 1987 to 2017. Mr. Hoven is a co-founder of NABDAP, a comprehensive two-year biodynamic apprentice training program for North America. Mr. Hoven is also the founder of the Biodynamic Association of Northern California, a coalition of regional farmers who apply biodynamic techniques.
Workshop content: Explain part of the Steiner’s Agriculture Lectures Knowledge of Demeter certification Green manure and crop rotation Observation of nature and plants Digging up cow horn manure preparation (500) Making cow horn silica preparation (501) Making cow pat pit Making new compost and turning old compost Making liquid manure Actual workshop content will be depended on weather conditions, we may have adjustments during the workshop.

老師再過幾天就會來到香港，在他來到前要準備好工作坊的物資和他在港時的行程，今次工作坊會制作牛角水晶配方(501)，所需要的器材不少，加上田務較多，這幾天真是有點壓力了
