《新鮮山藥》
人智學朋友會稱山藥是”Light Root”。我沒有看過相關的書，所以未能夠理解。但史代納博士在《Spiritual Relation in the Configuration of the Human Organism》說到脾臟超越Ego，是spirit-self：
The “spleen” is nothing other than a spirit which, instead of going into the head, twists itself into the bowels. Therefore “spleen” is an extraordinarily good designation, which points directly towards the spirit.
中醫說山藥健脾益胃，而史代納博士建議當時歐洲農夫種植山藥，取代馬鈴薯，給予人們靈性的營養。
我們的山藥雖然不是坊間所見的長條形，但是是適合本土的氣候品種的山藥。
